Content Summary: He encloses a letter from his friend and business colleague Mr S. Cross (Gross?) with 2 invitations to Stoker & Terriss to the banquet to Irving on 14th October. He hopes they will both accept. Although informal it is sincere and hearty. If possible let him have both replies in the morning. He has not yet heard from Stoker about seeing Irving at the hotel. He trusts Miss Terry is recovering rapidly and they will see her in 'Macbeth' on Wednesday.
