She has been with dear Mr Howe and thought Irving would like news. The nurse said he had been sinking during the night and morning but rallied wonderfully in the afternoon. She sat with him for an hour and he spoke lovingly of Irving and Miss Terry and showed her Irving's photographs and Irving's last night's telegram which meant so much to him. She was moved to tears and will go every day and send Irving a little line. |

She is a 16 year old member of an English Literature Class which has lively discussions. Recently a unanswerable question about the murderers in 'Macbeth' has come up. Are the murderers incited by Macbeth personal enemies of Banquo, or merely hired by Macbeth to do the deed? The English Literature Class of North Division High School would welcome a simple answer. |
