The next day, Friday, she is on the waters as she and a few of the old shipmates accompany the Walrus down the Thames; then all becomes a memory of much tender kindness. She warns Irving in case he thought of calling, but knows how busy he is. 'Hamlet' was as fresh as new and they were all delighted with 'The Iron Chest' but he will hear their impressions on Sunday. Nobody there finds it long, and it is acted more like an old play, with more individuality.
