[George] Alexander had asked Harry if he knew for certain, for if he leaves, his parts could not be filled at the last moment. Perhaps his father can now make future plans and Alexander is anxious, so although he does not want to be a trouble he would like to know as soon as possible. They are at Liverpool that week so he could run over to see Stoker or vice versa, and would be glad to hear news. Dolly [his wife Dorothea Baird] had been over to see him and seems well. |
