Notes: Printed invitation over the names of J. Comyns Carr, A. Hope Hawkins, A. Parsons and Bram Stoker. Dated from the envelope postmark, with note in Irving's hand "sorry engaged" 21/04/01. Bram Stoker seems to take Irving's place in later invitations, and his name appears on some of these later announcements.
