Content Summary: Tennyson will be delighted to hear that 'The Cup' has proved an immense success so far. They have to turn away crowds every night, and the piece is received with enthusiasm. It is greatly improved in the few nights since Tennyson saw it as it is quicker & more compact - crystallised. He will try to write a longer letter the next day but must catch the post that night so that Tennyson may know on Sunday morning.
