Content Summary: He will be delighted to do the reading, but 26th is impossible and it must be after 28th. He offers July 5, 6, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15. He will dine quietly with them on 26th but could not attempt reading as would be "done up" near the end of the week and he must keep himself for the (dreaded) afternoon reading the following Wednesday. He would be honoured to meet were they very private, but, in confidence, would rather be among themselves alone. He cannot accept her kind offer for the next day. He is glad she will go, but he should not have undertaken it had he known he was acting that evening.
