Address: The Hollies, Pembroke Square, Kensington, W.
Recipient: Irving, Henry
Address: -
Date: 1895, Feb., 26
Document Type: Letter (2 p.)
Content Summary: He hopes Irving is recovering. In time of much illness Merritt has only been out once since the first night of 'King Arthur', to take his wife to 'Santa Claus'. He is sending to Forbes-Robertson, who is going into management, the scenario previously suggested to Irving on 'The Iron Mask'. If Forbes-Robertson mentions it, would Irving make the same comments he made to Merritt. Forbes-Robertson has the qualities the part demands, whilst George Alexander, originally intended, is not strong enough physically.

If of no interest let him know.
