Content Summary: The Senate of Glasgow University have unanimously agreed that day to offer Irving Hon. degree of LL.D. Hopes he can accept and come to the graduation on 18th April. Hopes he will be the guest of Mrs Story and himself staying overnight on the 17th and meeting fellow graduates at dinner. Hopes he will not have painful recollections of his last visit to Glasgow. He will receive an official invitation from the Clerk.
