Document Type: Letter (9? p.)
Content Summary: She was glad to find Irving had gone. She received his message and as it will give him pleasure she will still go and write the next day.... She had had an enquiry from the P.I. who were to join the party - perhaps they will still come. She is glad Charley is with Irving, and hopes he will take food and wine, with which she cured Professor Tennant. G.B. to "The Brave Boy". She remembers some hot language when Irving went to Brighton before and left the Macbeth baskets. Lady Keppel comes the next day and the Baroness will bring her and perhaps Admiral Keppel on Monday when they will hope to welcome Irving. He must rejoice in his provident forethought in his theatrical casts. She thinks he may worry about his iniquitous rent, but is not to. She intended to speak to him, and hopes to on his return.

Notes: Irving was taken ill during the run of Hamlet. The P.I. may be the Prince Imperial and his party. Charley [Charlie] was Irving's new dog. The letter is not signed, ending "Somebody came in".
