Content Summary: The object of the interview this morning was for him to convey to Irving, Mrs Irving's desire and hope that he will purchase the lease of the house where she now is, she paying rent or interest to be deducted from her allowance. He could convey her application to Irving in a quarter of an hour and if he does not hear will call at Grafton Street about 2pm the following Sunday. Wishes Irving a brilliant success on Monday.

Content Summary: He sends a few bottles of Russian liqueur brought back from Russia recently. Since his return he has brought friends to the Lyceum to see 'The Cup' and 'Love's Stratagem'. He sends liqueurs as the last Sterlch(?) he sent was not quite good. He would have liked to see Irving after the performance but did not wish to "molest" him. He is off to Vienna the next day - can he do anything for Irving? He adds a recipe for cooking fish.
